She Bakes Magic

My name is Brianna, and from a young age, I fell in love with the art of making pastries. I started baking with my grandmother (Meme), who taught me how love and care could be baked into every creation. It was through her and all the strong woman in my family that I learned the joy of gifting food to others—a gift that shows how much we care. That spark led me to culinary school, and eventually to training with some of the best pastry chefs in the world.
Through She Bites, I’m sharing my love for baking, from my hands to your hearts. Each pastry is a slice of magic, a reflection of the love that was passed down to me and that I now pass on to you.
